O’Neill & ROAD Group create partnership to bring embedded location based technologies to the market
Warmond, Netherlands, November 8th, 2007. O’Neill Europe is delighted to announce an innovative new partnership with ROAD Group – a market leader in delivering global location based solutions based on GPS technology.
The two sides will work together to embed GPS technologies and applications into the high quality clothing and products of O’Neill.
It will be the H Division – the Wearable Electronics Department of O’Neill who will work closely with the technology developed by MyGuide, the premier personal navigation brand within the ROAD Group currently selling its range of navigation solutions in 22 different countries.
This is an exciting collaboration for both sides – it is a natural progression for the H Division of O’Neill, which continues to integrate cutting edge technology into its active wear to enhance the mountain experience of every rider.
The first product of this inspired collaboration between the original Californian surf snow and lifestyle brand and the leading navigation solution provider MyGuide will be available as part of the O’Neill Fall/Winter 2008/2009 collection.
